Complete The Following Easy Steps:

• Download the interactive New Application Packet.
• Fill in all information and print the documents - Make sure that you sign the Oath of Office AND Bond of Notary Public. The Affidavit of Character should be completed by someone who has known you for over a year, but is not a relative.
• Take our state-approved online education course. Be sure to print and sign your Certificate of Completion. *If purchasing the education course online, please remove the education course from your selected notary package.
  
• Mail your completed forms (Application, Bond and Order Form) along with your course Certificate of Completion to:

Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Florida.
• You must complete a notary education course and submit a Certificate of Completion with the application.
• You must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
• You must read the notary public laws, complete the application and bond forms and sign the Oath of Office.
