• Fill in all information and print the documents - Make sure that you sign the Oath of Office AND Bond of Notary Public. The Affidavit of Character should be completed by someone who has known you for over a year, but is not a relative.
• Mail your completed forms (Application, Bond and Order Form) along with payment to:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Florida.
• You must be able to read, write, and understand the English language.
• You must read the notary public laws complete the application and bond forms and sign the Oath of Office.
